Large apartment furnished in a modern style and located on the first floor of a characteristic building in the historic centre of Bologna, in the pedestrian area, a few steps from the Towers and Piazza Maggiore.

The apartment, perfect for three/four people, overlooks the Colombina alley, a characteristic road that runs along the Basilica of San Petronio in Piazza Maggiore. The light wooden floor and the three large windows make it pleasantly bright and welcoming. The modern, refined furnishings are well-finished in every detail to create an extremely pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, allowing guests to be accommodated in a space equipped with every modern comfort.

The entrance leads to the living area equipped with a TV, dining table for four people and a fully equipped open kitchen with an electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and comfortable sofa bed.
The sleeping area has a wardrobe and a double bed.
The bathroom, made with white ceramic, is equipped with a crystal shower, hairdryer, washing machine and clothesline.

Services included with the apartment are wi-fi, a safe, independent heating, air-conditioning, luggage storage in case of late check-out and clean sheets and towels.

Upon arrival, our staff will be at the apartment to explain how the equipment is operated and hand over the keys. During the stay, we will be available for any eventuality.
